These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by First Cent Management (“we”, “us”, or “our”), a mother agency specializing in scouting, development, and talent placement within the global modeling and entertainment industries. By engaging with our services or accessing our website, you agree to these Terms.
We provide services including, but not limited to:
Talent scouting and management
Professional development and training
Portfolio building
Placement with partner agencies and clients globally
All services are provided based on an agreement between First Cent Management and the talent (or their legal guardian, where applicable).
Talent represented by First Cent must:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information
Maintain professionalism in all castings, jobs, and training engagements
Inform the agency of all external job offers, bookings, or third-party representation inquiries
Talent under management may be subject to exclusive or non-exclusive agreements depending on their engagement level. Terms of representation, including commission rates and contract length, are outlined in individual agreements signed between the agency and talent.
First Cent Management earns a commission on paid bookings facilitated through the agency or its partners. Payment timelines and percentages are clearly communicated and agreed upon in advance. Late or unpaid client fees may delay disbursement to talent.
All photos, videos, and portfolio content created or coordinated by the agency remain the intellectual property of First Cent Management or the relevant creatives. Usage rights for promotional or commercial purposes must be discussed in advance.
First Cent Management is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in shoots, travel, or assignments. Talent and guardians are advised to secure necessary insurance.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
